Our story began in Manzanillo, where our mother, Damaris, and our father, Juan, met and fell in love. But life took an unexpected turn when Damaris had to leave Cuba as a child, separating her from Juan and the home she knew. Despite the distance, fate brought them back together, rekindling their love and starting our family.
From that reunion grew not only a family but also a dream—to share the meals that have meant so much to us. Mi Guajira was born from that dream, a way to bring the warmth and joy of a homemade Cuban meal to others.
